Shift timings and working days :- Rotational Shifts / 6 Days

Communication:- Good comm skills

Must be CCNA certified

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Working knowledge of Cisco products like switches, routers, Access points and firewalls

• Working knowledge of checkpoint / Palo Alto /cisco ASA / Juniper firewalls

• Knowledge on advanced Routing protocols, QOS, HSRP, GLBP

• Knowledge on switching, VTP,STP etc

• Manage tickets & 2nd level support

• Ensure the availability and continuity of network services in accordance with our contract...
