Job Description

Rack door open with no keys inside Racks

Rebooting or power cycling of equipment

Inventory management (update on Portal with correct data)

Reset frozen remote session

Support requests to check physical network connectivity

Plug in to a console port for remote management by customer

Support requests to check the physical LED/ other indicators on the servers & devices. Send information to respective device owner & follow-up till get resolution.

Issuing gate pass to the vendors and escorting vendors to the cage.

Maintaining record of Inward and outward materials and informing the asset team and respective teams as per defined process.
