Your tasks will include the following activities:
- Taking an active role in enhancing and continuously improving ContiTech’s compliance program especially with respect to antitrust compliance
- Identify potential for improvement of the (antitrust) compliance program through active communication with the Regions
- Continuously improving the association activities concept; be the point of contact for questions from all stakeholders
- Continuously improving the global antitrust risk assessment, be a point of contact for antitrust-related questions from all stakeholders
- Drafting, reviewing and updating group policies and guidelines on antitrust
- Steering rollouts of global antitrust initiatives
- Developing content for antitrust training and other preventative measures in close alignment with other departments
- Providing antitrust training to all ContiTech business areas and central functions
