  • Shifts available: June 29- July 3rd (7a-5p) With Call if possible; August 10th to 14th (prefer with call) and Weekend call 15 and 16; Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Preferred; Weekend - On Call (Pager): Preferred; Holiday (Shift): Not Needed; Holiday (Call): Preferred; Other Shift Type: Not Needed
  • Types of Cases: General, Ortho, Be Regional Proficient
  • Supervision or independent: Will not consider any locums looking for Supervision Only; Are MDs supervising CRNAs?: No; Are MDs doing their own cases?: Yes
  • Specific requirements/restrictions: Board Certification Required?: Yes; Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License? Yes; 10 hours: Required; Is Overtime Expected?: Not expected but offered
