Analytical Scientist

Position Summary

Analytical Scientist positioned in Windsor, Ontario (self‑contained site) reporting to the Manager of Analytical Research & Development. The role works full‑time (8:00AM – 5:00PM with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch) and requires 100% on‑site presence. The position is part of our softgel development and manufacturing operations that serve the pharmaceutical and consumer health sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate new drug products, including pre‑formulation studies, excipient solubility and compatibility tests, formulation development, scale‑up manufacturing, and formal stability/registration batches from an analytical perspective.
• Execute and document reports, protocols, and analytical studies for formulation development, investigations, and laboratory work.
• Provide analytical support across multiple projects and maintain technical expertise throughout the drug development process.
