:
  • Conduct laboratory analyses within the scope of the assigned laboratory section in accordance with approved methods and procedures.
  • Delegate and coordinate analytical tasks among analysts and co-analysts to ensure timely and accurate execution of laboratory activities.
  • Ensure all laboratory operational processes are carried out in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Perform and monitor Quality Control (QC) processes for all analytical activities, including completeness and accuracy of administrative and documentation requirements.
  • Identify technical, equipment, and resource requirements necessary to maintain and sustain laboratory operational activities.
  • Communicate analytical results, operational issues, and performance updates to the respective laboratory section and Department Head through clear and structured reporting.
