Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for BMS, fire alarm system, air-compress, city water, HVAC, chiller, waste-water treatment, firefighting, dust collection etc.
- Make work plan, complete the plan with technical staff, check the implementation results and track the long-term effectiveness.
- Establish and optimize the existing program files to ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance to reduce the frequency of emergency repair.
