This individual supports leadership by producing clear, data-driven analyses, performance reports, and financial models that guide decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare performance reports for development and operating projects
• Monitor and analyze cash flow, forecasts, and annual budgets
• Perform actual vs. budget analyses and investigate key variances
• Assess financial metrics related to properties and projects, including construction costs, land costs, occupancy rates, financing, insurance, and operating expenses
