About the Opportunity
- Manage global equity compensation programs using Morgan Stanley at Work (Shareworks)
- Administer employee accounts and long‑term incentive (LTI) grants
- Coordinate employee share‑plan enrollments, purchases, sales, and dividend distributions
- Serve as a point of contact for equity‑related inquiries
Benefits & Rewards Administration
- Administer group benefits, retirement plans, global mobility programs, wellness initiatives, perquisites, and equity plans
- Process recent hire enrollments, terminations, and system updates
- Track and report taxable benefits
- Respond to employee inquiries with accuracy and urgency
Financial & Operational Support
- Process global invoices and reconcile intercompany charges in partnership with HR, Finance, and Accounting
- Support budgeting and accounts‑payable processes related to rewards programs
