Position: Technical Support Analyst. Provide technical assistance and support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, printing, and networking issues. Test and deploy hardware/software for ad‑hoc or major projects. Manage tickets to meet SLAs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides desktop support to all end users ensuring computers and installed software operate seamlessly with diverse systems including validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, etc. Support calls range from general PC and software questions to technical OS and hardware issues.
- Administers support requests via the IT ticket tracking system. Logs status information and resolution Deep details. Responds to and resolves issues within the assigned completion date.
