Develops and maintains workforce planning models and dashboards to support accurate forecasting. Validates data integrity and ensure consistency across workforce planning tools.
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service levels, labor efficiency, and cost control. Supports outage procedures and coordinate communications across teams to maintain system stability. Assists in implementing best practices for workforce management to achieve operational goals.
