Job Title: Analyst – Workday Integrations & Workato

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst on our Human Resources Services team to support, enhance, and optimize our Workday ecosystem with a focus on Workday Integrations and Workato. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, ensure data integrity, and drive process automation.

This position will be based out of our Bengaluru office and onsite 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Support & DevelopmentDesign, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs).Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business rules.Monitor integration performance and provide ongoing support for production and non-production environments.
