The SNC & VMF Process Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of SNC tickets and VMF requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics. This role involves maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency, managing vendor information, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
What a typical day looks like:
Learning all the process in VMF and maintain the records as per the requirement.
Ensure all requests from submission to completion are processed within TAT Ensure that all requests raised by the BOT are free from validation errors and maintain 100% accuracy.
Validate and submit all BOT-created VMF requests on the same day of creation.
