Overview

We are currently seeking an Analyst (Co‑op) to join our Valuation & Litigation Support team for a four‑month co‑op term from January 2027 to April 2027. This diverse team of professionals works with clients on valuations for a wide range of purposes and applies analytical and technical skills, as well as professional judgement, to measure the value of business operations and intangible assets. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide independent and reliable business valuations that empower clients to make value‑driven decisions with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business valuations, intellectual property valuations, financial modelling and purchase price allocations to help clients understand the value of their business and its components.
