Job Description
The Analyst shall work with cross functional teams in identifying constraints or gaps in any manufacturing areas or processes, address root causes and recommend process and systems improvement to address the gaps to ensure delivery of ADI parts. Escalate issues to SCM management on actions to resolve issues or requiring decisions for issue resolution.
Educational Background
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or any supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- With industry certification or good scholastic record is an advantage.
Experience
3+ years’ experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning role, with manufacturing exposure.
Knowledge, skill and abilities
- Collaborative and knows how to motivate cross functional teams towards a common goal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
