Essential Responsibilities:
Prioritize and analyze internal and external escalations to prevent future escalations.Provide feedback regarding necessary changes and updates including policies, upgrades, and potential workflow changes.Function as Subject Matter Expert, partnering with key stakeholders for educating, training, coaching, and enhancing risk/detections.Report trends, make recommendations, and escalate issues/concerns appropriately to enhance the program.Contribute to business improvements e.g., MBR, DSA/ Internal service level, routing analysis, contact reduction etc.Develop robust monthly insights for team members and the leadership team.Run business and self-identified projects.Support complex consumer and merchant issues or escalations engaging appropriate stakeholders focused on resolution.Expected Qualifications:
