Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enable and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using the Qlik Sense platform.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into effective, actionable insights.
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
