Analyst Programmer

About the Role

We are looking for an Analyst Programmer who will handle system modules, develop and test programs, and support systems after deployment. This role focuses on Java development, system analysis, testing, and production support.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into system and program specifications
• Develop, enhance, test, and implement system modules based on specifications
• Prepare and execute test cases to ensure systems meet user requirements
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and other testing activities
• Provide post-implementation and production support, including issue analysis and fixes
• Assist in system deployment, program promotion, and user training
• Create and update user manuals, system manuals, and operations manuals
