The Analyst Programmer for Support is responsible for the maintenance of existing Loanworks applications. Monitors and ensures smooth operation of assigned programs and responds to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding.
The Analyst Programmer will be working closely with clients through a series of actions via the ticketing system, email and calls to help set up systems or resolve application issues.
The role will also be involved in working and supporting the roll-out of new system installations, working closely with different groups within the Technical Services Team.
Supports the Service Desk Manager to fulfil his/her roles and objectives.
Processes/Duties:
- Maintains, monitors existing Loanworks systems.
- Records, troubleshoots system problems, diagnoses application faults and communicates with clients via email and phone for details and resolution of issues.
