Job Description
Working as a part of the project team. Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project managers.
Research, analysis, develop, implement, customization of the application, deployment of complete software solutions for the banking and financial system.
Provide onsite/offsite technical support for our customers. Problem-solving abilities, perform bug fixes.
Assisting in software functionality and technical testing.
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Keep the system up and running whenever incidents raised by clients within SLAs defined Requirements.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent
