Job Description

We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst to support the development, launch, and continuous enhancement of digital value-added services across web and mobile experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work on customer-facing digital products in a global environment, partnering with teams across Product Management, UX, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition, implementation, and launch of new digital products and services.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving UX, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
  • Gather, document, and manage business and product requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute to customer journey design and digital experience improvements across web and mobile platforms.
