Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Analytics Architecture team within McAfee’s Analytics Platform & Enablement organization. In this role you will build, validate, and maintain the analytical logic behind McAfee’s most critical consumer business metrics — retention rate, trial conversion, bookings, subscriber counts, and marketing effectiveness. You will work directly in Databricks writing SQL and Python to transform raw data into certified KPIs that drive decisions at the VP and C‑level.

This is a hands‑on, high‑output role. You will own end‑to‑end analysis cycles: receiving business questions from leadership, translating them into data logic, validating results against source‑of‑truth systems, and delivering findings that directly influence how McAfee measures and optimizes its subscription business. You will partner closely with Data Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams on a daily basis.
