- Manage end-to-end core scheduling activities.
- Prepare short-term and long-term workforce forecasts.
- Create optimized schedules based on forecasted workload and staffing requirements.
- Monitor real-time adherence and schedule compliance.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure SLA achievement.
- Analyze workforce metrics such as shrinkage, occupancy, and utilization.
