| Customer – Internal | § Understand requirements from internal customers on Power BI dashboards and reports § Responsible for delivering high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports to internal customers § Resolves issues and makes necessary changes to Power BI dashboards based on feedbacks and requests § Presents reports to requesters through demos and PowerPoint presentations § Provides assistance in resolving data quality problems related to Power BI reports by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards |
