Analyst - Payroll Services is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payrolls and related queries, ensuring compliance with Rio Tinto's SOPs and policies. This role involves handling payroll processing, termination payments, and complex queries, serving as a level 2 quality checker, driving compliance, identifying process improvement opportunities, and staying updated on payroll regulations and best practices.
