What is the opportunity? As a Metadata Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, updating, and executing metadata processes for the Shared Data Management Services (SDMS) across all governing domains. You will utilize Collibra, RBC’s Data Governance platform, while upholding adherence to internal processes and enterprise data standards. By identifying efficiencies in business metadata capture and upholding RBC’s Values and Employee Behaviors, you’ll help drive data integrity and operational excellence.While familiarity with data governance tools is beneficial, the focus is on process adherence, stakeholder collaboration, and metadata stewardship. Coding, development and advanced technical implementation are not part of the Metadata Management Analyst role.What will you do?
