In the International Card Services (ICS) Customer Marketing Team, the Customer Revenue Growth & Retention Team focuses on retaining consumer and commercial customers and optimizing the servicing experience. The Marketing Analyst, Customer Marketing, Retention & Servicing will manage customer engagement, drive long‑term loyalty, and collaborate with Global Servicing (GS), Customer Marketing Center of Excellence, product owners, and acquisition teams.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the retention channel, monitor trends and work with stakeholders across ICS, GS, Legal and Compliance for successful execution of strategies.
  • Explore new capabilities and communication strategies to improve the structure and effectiveness of Cardmember interactions, including the pre‑attrition window.
