Analyst - Lung Health

Overview

CHAI is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented program analyst to join the Lung Health program in Kenya. The primary objective of this role is to provide technical and monitoring support for the design, implementation, and scale-up of innovative case-finding and surveillance initiatives targeting TB, Asthma, COPD, and other respiratory diseases. The analyst will lead the planning and integration of facilities, community and workplace-based screening interventions, ensuring strong coordination with public, private, and occupational health partners to promote early detection and seamless linkage to care. In addition, the role will drive strategic partnerships and innovation by collaborating with the private sector and leveraging corporate social responsibility initiatives, diagnostic networks and data-driven approaches to expand access to quality screening, diagnostics and comprehensive care pathways.
