- Act as an in-house functional consultant for IT solutions
- Ensure the quality of deliveries from the service provider
- Involve in projects and deliver work packages assigned
- Conduct in-house user trainings & IT as well as user testing
- Willing to travel abroad if neccesary
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP or relevant functional support experience in a non-SAP solution
- Basic knowledge of development and database
- Strong at logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Minimum 1 year of experience with good IT technical knowledge will be an advantage
