Job Description

Role Purpose:


  • To ensure the continuous improvement process is supported by the units to deliver sustainable and increased productivity.

  • To ensure that all IE activities are maintained to recognized levels of best practice to deliver world class performance.

  • Drive and support Kaizen and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.

  • Identify waste and improve processes using Lean and IE tools.

  • Analyse key performance data (productivity, efficiency, OTIF, WIP) to support decisions.

  • Improve workflows, layouts, and manpower utilization.

  • Support problem solving and root cause analysis to close performance gaps.

  • Ensure improvements follow safety standards and standard work.

  • Lead and support Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.
