Analyst, Inbound Logistics

About this team

This role provides reporting, analytics and project support to the Inbound Logistics team in strategic initiatives and global programs. The Analyst will work with internal cross-functional partners, Logistics Service Providers, and technology partners extensively. It is a vital role in supporting the Manager of Inbound Technology & Analytics in implementing technological Initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the global network.

Core responsibilities

• Assist in reporting and analytics work that are defined by the program scopes and objectives.
• Support Data Quality Management (or DQM) program within any chosen inbound platforms.
• Design and report on the DQM scorecard with defined cadence.
• Liaise with LSP partners and platform providers for technological root-cause analysis, including but not limited to, the DQM program.
