Analyst III - Logistic Services

We are looking for an Analyst III - Logistic Services.

Responsibilities

• Own carrier invoice resolution through Trax and contribute to various sourcing activities for logistics services.
• Ensure alignment with quality standards, service availability, and cost objectives while driving operational efficiency and value creation.
• Partner with L&D and T203 to ensure timely carrier payments by reviewing and resolving invoices flagged as Client Review. This includes analyzing discrepancies and determining the appropriate action (approve, reject, or redirect).
• Attend strategic carrier meetings with Trax, drive and follow up on key action items, and collaborate with the PBU buyer, CM, or relevant stakeholders to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Collaborate with PBU buyers and Category Managers to continuously improve the invoicing process and reduce recurring errors.
