Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Automation Developer to join our team, who can work independently and also provide technical mentorship to junior developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web portal design and automation solutions, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy new automation solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team, participating in planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and communicate issues or risks during project phases, contributing to solutions and process improvements.
Support operational teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout phases.
