Job Summary The Analyst II, Systems is responsible for complex troubleshooting and problem solving of systems used by students, staff and faculty across the University. The Analyst II, Systems responds to complex technical issues and actively participates in the development of long‑term business application and enterprise (ERP) system projects. The incumbent values both team success and individual achievement and champions a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field.
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in programming and integrating applications; preferably in a web environment.
Familiarity to business/enterprise applications such as Ellucian Banner, Blackboard, Infosilem and Transact is an asset, HTML, CSS, Groovy/Java, PHP, Python, Javascript and automation scripting is required.
Ability to provide technical assistance and advice to peers and the user community.
