We are looking for an analyst to help support applications deployed on Azure, working as a part of a collaborative support team. You will handle daily client incident resolution, assessment, release support, and documentations.

You will suit someone who enjoys, working with developers and ensuring a smooth and reliable application operations.

You will provide your support for applications hosted on Azure, including basic trouble troubleshooting and log analysis

You will work with developers during assessment to investigate bugs, outages, and performance issues.

You will monitor ticket queues in ServiceNow and ensure resolution of incidents, requests, and tasks.

Track and maintain Service level agreement compliance across assigned tickets

You will prioritize work following Service Level Agreements when responding to incidents.

Participate in incident management, escalating issues when needed
