Job and competencies description

  • Process involves support provided to a spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions which are largely transaction in nature.
  • Engage in processing and reviewing of transaction as per the standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Support the manager in the management of workflow and reporting.
  • Responsible to Perform all Data Management activities with 100% quality is met for Critical Processes and 99% for Non-Critical Processes
  • Manage the HR Application tool with the employee database by making the necessary changes as applicable.
  • Widely work on HR Cruise tool with updating & Reports. Being part of QC team,
  • responsible for achieving the desired quality and show positive trend in quality.'
  • should have good excel skills
