- Process involves support provided to a spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions which are largely transaction in nature.
- Engage in processing and reviewing of transaction as per the standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Support the manager in the management of workflow and reporting.
- Responsible to Perform all Data Management activities with 100% quality is met for Critical Processes and 99% for Non-Critical Processes
- Manage the HR Application tool with the employee database by making the necessary changes as applicable.
- Widely work on HR Cruise tool with updating & Reports. Being part of QC team,
- responsible for achieving the desired quality and show positive trend in quality.'
