MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Human Resources Operations

  • Implements HR services ensuring compliance with EDC's human resource policies, guidelines, and procedures for consistent application.

  • Assists and provides inputs in the development of the overall human resources annual work programs and activities.

  •  Collaborates with HR Advisers on aligning the business goals for efficient delivery of human resources services.

EMPLOYMENT PLANNING

Assists in manpower capacity planning and validation of the required full-time equivalent (FTE) by validating requests for additional manpower from proponents to ensure accurate planning and forecasting.
