What You'll Do:
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the eKYC onboarding team to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and high performance.
- Oversee daily eKYC onboarding and review processes, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Allocate workload and monitor case makers’ progress to ensure achievement of daily productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
