Dream is looking for an Analyst, Debt! Join us for an exciting and rewarding opportunity to support underwriting, origination, and management of Dream’s debt portfolio. You will handle a range of tasks across a portfolio that includes land and construction financing, conventional term mortgage financing, corporate credit facilities, affordable housing and sustainable finance initiatives, and other public and private capital vehicles within and outside of Canada.

You will manage debt for a portfolio of first-class commercial properties across asset classes, including residential, office, industrial, commercial assets, and large-scale mixed-use developments. This work spans Dream’s public entities, such as TSX-listed Dream Unlimited Corp., Dream Office REIT, and Dream Impact Trust, as well as various private equity vehicles.
