Join us, we have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an Analyst of Debt to support underwriting, origination, and management of Dream’s debt portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, covering a portfolio of land and construction financing, conventional term mortgage financing, corporate credit facilities, affordable housing and sustainable finance initiatives, and other public and private capital vehicles within and outside of Canada.

You will be managing debt for a portfolio of first‑class commercial properties across asset classes, including residential, office, industrial, commercial assets, and large‑scale mixed‑use developments within our multiple public entities such as TSX‑listed Dream Unlimited Corp., Dream Office REIT, and Dream Impact Trust, as well as for various private equity vehicles managed b...
