Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Contribute to achieve agreed standard of operational quality on customs process. Ensure a compliant, timely and accurate management of Customs process and documents in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Support ongoing development of Customs process, procedures, internal controls, and analytics that will contribute to the ongoing compliance management to ensure legal requirements with Customs authorities are met.Use appropriate and effective communication methods to stakeholders to support management of external Brokers and customs compliance activities.Support the Customs Manager with management of customs authorizations and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status.Suggest potential improvements to enhance efficiency and control of processes.Engage in cross-functional collaboration and support with Europe Customs team members.
