Analyst, Customer Communications Management

About the role
 
As a Communications Analyst in the Communications IT team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality, compliant customer communications. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications for developers using EngageOne, and support testing and client sign-off processes.
