Responsibilities
- Day to day service contact for Top Tier Client’s and Investment Managers and act as subject matter expert on complex issues.
- Liaise with key business areas in BNY Mellon and CIBC Mellon to facilitate smooth, timely and accurate resolution to queries/issues.
- Take appropriate action to ensure timely market settlement of all cash and securities transaction to reduce market exposure.
- Research all overdrafts or idle balances daily to ensure validity.
- Support all relationships within the assigned client group (Mutual Funds, ETF Funds, Pension Plans, or Sub-custody)
- Assist with quarterly calls to Clients or Investment Managers.
- Participate in Client presentations as needed.
- Lead and participate in special projects related to future initiatives
