The team focuses on developing the investment professional skills with the goal of driving superior alpha generation and enhancing team investment processes by analyzing, consolidating, and sharing best practices, training the investment team population, and preparing the analyses and data with partners across the firm.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Review stock pitches and provide detailed feedback to help junior analysts refine their modeling skills, pitching, and idea generation skills
• Build analytical tools for measuring and improving long/short analyst performance and investment process
