Role Overview

As an Analyst on our Benefits team, you will be responsible for assisting the Benefit Consultants with all client management requirements, focusing on retention of the assigned book of business and supporting business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis of insurance data and cost modeling.
  • Prepare financial analysis reports and presentations communicating key results to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships and participate in negotiations with insurers and partners.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and insurers.
  • Participate in calls and presentations with clients, as appropriate.
