Overview

The Analyst will be responsible for the output and analysis of portfolio-wide operational and financial reporting, assisting in the preparation of annual operating budgets, consolidating due diligence materials for property dispositions/​financing, tracking of capital expenditures, and other ad-hoc projects as required.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyze financial data for reporting and operational metrics tracking
  • Create, assemble and edit presentations for managers and senior management 
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly reporting and prepare any other reporting reasonably requested from time to time
  • Assist in completing value added portfolio level analysis to identify key operational trends, areas of improvement, and actionable intelligence
  • Work closely with Asset Managers to help facilitate decision making
