In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic HR decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze workforce trends, optimize HR processes, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance our talent management and organizational performance.
