Junior Help Desk and On‑site Support Analyst

Location: Mexico City | Work Model: Hybrid | Role Type: Full‑time
Responsibilities
- Manage service requests and incidents through support management tools, including troubleshooting, follow‑up, and first‑level issue resolution.
- Provide remote and on‑site support for devices, applications, connectivity, and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365.
- Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance on technology equipment and peripherals.
- Escalate incidents when required, ensuring compliance with established response and resolution times.
- Maintain updated technical documentation, inventories, and technology asset records.
- Support technology deployments and internal initiatives related to infrastructure and technical support.
