Leading Global Heavy Equipment Manufacture is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner with Labor relations experience to serve as a strategic partner and crucial liaison between plant management and the operational workforce. Your objective will be to ensure labor stability and business continuity through proactive, ethical, and bilingual management within a world-class manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Union Management: Administer and interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), ensuring a productive and respectful relationship with the union.
  • Serve as the primary HR liaison within the remanufacturing/production floor, maintaining open and continuous communication with the Union Committee and business leadership to proactively prevent labor conflicts
