  • Proceso integral de Order management (ingreso , Alocación y coordinar entrega)

  • Reducción y optimización de costo de entrega

  • Cumplir con target de Nivel de servicio - Lead time

  • Dar soporte a ventas y a clientes del status de cada orden

  • Liderar procesos colaborativos con clientes, generando optimización.

  • Front office de Supply para organizacion interna y optimización de recursos.
